In this week’s episode of Friday Sermon for Kids, beloved Huzoor (aba) continued the story of the Holy Prophet (sa)’s battles, focusing on the Battle of Hunain. After the Conquest of Makkah, the tribes of Banu Hawazin and Banu Thaqif gathered a large army against the Prophet (sa). Though the Muslims were confident, a surprise attack forced them to retreat. The Prophet (sa) and his companions stayed firm, and with Allah’s help, they won. We learned how the Prophet (sa) showed wisdom in preparation—even borrowing weapons to be repaid later—and how true victory comes from trusting Allah with courage.
